Expert Culinary Skills

Hello!  I am Wen from Tokyo and Paris, with over 11 years of experience as a chef in Paris, New York City, Tokyo, Bangkok and Italy. I cook with bright flavors inspired by Thai/asian cuisine using classically trained French techniques and focus on both delicious and healthy cuisine. I can make all the classic American dishes as well and my specialty is Pasta thanks to 10 years of experience as a sous chef for an Italian celebrity chef and James Beard Award winner.

I am a trained chef from Cordon Bleu in Paris and was fortunate enough to be a sous chef for a 6 times James Beard Award winning celebrity chef.
